How it works

Sample workflow: a new customer onboarding from signed agreement to launch, showing how people and digital coworkers share the same work.

1

A request lands

Project Atlas · New customer onboarding. The agreement is signed and the customer wants to launch next Friday. The work opens in Selra with a summary, owner, target date, and next action.

2

Avery coordinates the work

Avery, a digital coworker, collects the user roster, prepares the workspace setup, and schedules kickoff. Home shows what Avery owns, what is waiting, and when the next follow-up will happen.

Project Atlas · Final user roster pending · Avery following up tomorrow at 9:00 AM · No action required from you.

3

A decision needs a person

Three users need privileged access. The access plan moves to Needs your attention with the request, supporting context, due date, and clear choices:

  • Approve the requested access
  • Request changes and return the work to Avery
4

The onboarding moves to launch

The roster is confirmed, the workspace is configured, access is approved, kickoff and training are completed, and launch is confirmed. The timeline and related records remain with the onboarding work.

What you see every day

Three primary views — so you can see what needs you, what’s moving, and what’s waiting.

Needs your attention

Approvals, missing required facts, or exceptions that need a person.

In progress

Active work for people or digital coworkers — with ownership and next step.

Waiting

Blocked on an external reply, scheduled follow-up, or customer input.
